Spiced Tea
Ingredients
- 2 cups orange-flavored drink mix (e.g. Tang)
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/4 cup instant tea powder
- 3/4 cup lemon-flavored instant tea powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine orange drink
mix, sugar, tea powder, cinnamon and cloves. Mix well and store in an airtight
container.
- To serve, put 3 teaspoons of mix in a
mug. Stir in 1 cup boiling water. Adjust to taste.

Quick and Easy Pretzel Turtles
Ingredients
- Mini round or twist pretzels
- Chocolate covered caramel candy
(such as "Rollos")
- Pecan halves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Place pretzels in a single layer on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Places a caramel candy on the top of each pretzel.
- Bake four about four minutes, or until candy is softened.
- Remove from oven. While warm, push a pecan half down into each candy topped pretzel.
- Let cool. Enjoy!
*Store any left overs in an air tight container for best results! :)

Cinnamon Apple Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
TOPPING: - 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200
degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
- Stir together 1 1/2 cup flour, 3/4
cup sugar, salt, baking powder and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Mix in oil, egg and
milk. Fold in apples. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3rds full.
- In a small bowl, stir together 1/2
cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, butter and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Mix together with
fork and sprinkle over unbaked muffins.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25
minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
Yields 12 muffins

Delish! Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 10 cups sliced apples (about 5 apples)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (or more!) :)
- scant 1/2 cup water
- 1 c. quick cooking oats
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix apples, sugar flour and cinnamon; place into a 9x13 inch pan. Pour water evenly over apples.
- Combine topping ingredients and crumble over the
apple mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 45
minutes.
